• The room is available for bookings from 6am to 10pm.

• The member responsible for the booking MUST be in attendance for the entire booking time.

• The member is responsible for any guests. 

• The booking time must include set up and cleaning time. 

• The room must be left clean and tidy with all doors secure and locked when you leave.​

• NO WET clothes in the Community Room - use the Changing Sheds.

• DO NOT LEAVE THE GATE JAMMED OPEN for your guests.  You must let them in or hang your access card on a lanyard on the gate.

Note some bookings for members are Free of Charge and some will incur payment.
